Button Moon

Button Moon was a 1980’s children’s puppet show about Mr Spoon and his daughter Tina Teaspoon who would get off for adventures on Button Moon. The puppets were made to look like they were made from kitchen utensils or kitchen packaging (a spaceship made from a tin of beans that kind of thing). There were 91 ten minute episodes in total.

The theme was created and performed by the 5th Doctor Who – Peter Davidson and his then wife actress Sandra Dickinson, the series was conceived by Ian Allen.
