MIKE FIELD

Mike Field started out as a reported based in Deal before being the main presenter on Southern Television's Scene South East (an optout for the South East of the patch transmitted from Southern's Dover Studios). When Southern lost the franchisehe became a sports reporter for sucessor Television South (TVS) where he stayed until their demise at the end of 1992

ANNA FORD

Anna Ford started out her TV news career as a researcher at Granada Reports in 1974 followed by a brief spell with the BBC three years later. In 1978 she joined ITN working on News at One and the evening news. She left ITN to join the new breakfast service TV-am but did not stay long and was axed within months by them due to her support of the outgoing chairman Peter Jay. Anna re-joined the BBC in 1986 to present the Six O'Clock News and later One O'Clock News. She retired from broadcasting in 2006.

MIKE FULLER

Mike Fuller was a reporter for Southern Television for the South East, upon the demise of Southern Mike moved on to co-present TVS' Coast to Coast from Maidstone with Mike Debens. Fuller left Coast to Coast in the late 1980s to produce programmes instead
