And take a look at Wheelie World!

To zoom around and you'll wheel so merrily
With me!

Cos we'll get you on for free!

And if you see the witch Fenella,
Don't be worried,
Cos there's no cause for alarm!

Cos we've got Chorlton who's a dragon,
And he'll keep you free from harm!

And then hold tight,
Alright!
We'll show you all the sights of Wheelie World!

HELD IN THE BRITSET ARCHIVES Epsiode #3.9 - Octoblob at Midnight (TX 21/05/1979)

Chorlton and the Wheelies was a stop frame animation by Cosgorve Hall Productions. It was centred around Chorlton, a dragon who had taken on the role of protector of the inhabitants of Wheelie World.

Chorlton, who had a thick, Lancashire accent, was always cheerful and is quite dim-witted but otherwise friendly.
Enemy to Wheelie world is Fenella, a Welsh witch who hated people being happy. She was often syping on Wheelie World using O'Riley, the one eyed telescope, plotting her attacks. She would look up magical spells from her talking spellbook - Claptrap Von Spildebeans, Chorlton would always save the day, completely by accident, and Fenella would disappear back to her kettle home. Chorlton never saw Fenella as an enemy and would refer to her as litle old lady.

The inhabitents of Wheelie World had wheels instead of feet, this was due to it being easier to animate and therefore reducing production costs.
